This position provides overall administrative support to the DCA Engineering Services-East Attractions and Facilities teams with coordinating daily administrative duties for (2) Senior Managers, (17) Engineering Services Managers and Hourly Craft this includes monthly Safety team meetings, medical surveillance testing, assistance with training activities (ex: Electrical workplace safety classes, compliance training), monitoring sick calls/attendance, purchasing office supplies, running weekly reports (ex: Labor Utilization) and office supply purchasing. The position will also assist with back-up clerical support, as needed, for the DCA-West Attractions team and the DCA-FOS Executive Secretary.

The Secretary is the Point of Contact for the team for any inquiries, internally and externally. The role also includes planning and execution of Reward and Recognition event planning, record keeping and maintenance, on-boarding/moves/separation of Cast Members, processing of benefit paperwork (vacation, sick, Jury Duty, etc.). The Secretary must be able to set and manage multiple priorities and make independent on-the-spot decisions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
