The Walt Disney Company Customer Engagement Manager II – Platform Management in Celebration, Florida
In the Customer Engagement Manager II – Platform Management role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing the capabilities, accessibility, applications and legal responsibilities of the outbound marketing technology platforms for the Customer Engagement organization. This will be achieved through understanding business requirements, capability assessments and product analysis to ensure the platforms can provide optimal performance and value. As well as, assesses new opportunities, identifies gaps, research best practices, lead proof of concepts and request for proposals from third party vendors.
Manage the marketing technology platform roadmap, identify gaps and prioritize areas of opportunity to enhance the current technology stack.
Partner with key internal stakeholders to assess platform needs to determine the data and marketing technology requirements needed to meet their objectives.
Lead product testing and proof of concepts for both current and new platform technology to ensure capabilities meet internal Platform and Data Application requirements.
Manage platform and product governance for the platform end users around access and data security rights and responsibilities.
Manage external vendor relationships focusing on legal and privacy management along with product and end user technical support.
Collaborate across departments to proactively identify best practice technology solutions to solve complex strategic marketing and operational challenges.
Ensure Disney is in accordance with all data security and privacy policies.
Lead as a subject matter expert in assigned marketing platforms to better enhance output and drive optimal performance for marketing campaigns for the end users.
Basic Qualifications :
4-6 years of experience in Digital, Email or CRM marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in understanding marketing platform technologies and integrations between CRM, Direct, Social Media, Search, Search Marketing, Programmatic and Mobile Marketing.
Ability to quickly learn or adapt to new technologies, applications and processes.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Strong customer focus with interpersonal skills to build working relationships.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with an ability to provide executive level updates.
Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with internal departments towards issue resolutions.
Demonstrated experience leading projects with significant financial and data drive impact on key marketing efforts.
Demonstrated success leading inter-departmental projects leveraging cross-functional relationships with IT, Marketing, Platform Operations, Finance, etc.
Experience with developing a customer/prospect database; understanding of relevant IT systems and processes associated with customer data.
Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Cloud Search, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics), Google Cloud Suite, Google Display and Video 360, DMP’s and Social Media Platforms.
Required Education :
- BA/BS/MBA in Computer Science, Information Technology or Marketing
