Disney Advertising Sales is responsible for advertising sales for the Company’s entertainment, sports, news and kids linear and digital and radio business.Global Ad Operations leads the operational function for the Disney Ad Sales team. The Global Linear Operations team focuses on the functions of planning, account management, trafficking, scheduling and sponsorship for the linear business for networks ESPN, ABC, FreeForm, Disney, FX and National Geographic.We are committed to providing a high level of client service to our internal and external clients. The Ad Operations Associate position will be responsible for booking, tracking and updating all television orders across various feeds in Latin America. ESPN, the Worldwide Leader in Sports, is the leading multi-national, multimedia sports entertainment company featuring the broadest portfolio of multimedia sports assets with over 50 business entities.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinates sales order processing

  • Maintains and updates orders

  • Executes manually all commercial changes, including: adding, deleting, allocation and moving of commercials

  • Supports Creative Solutions with Sponsorship Execution

  • Supports and enhance agency relationships by monitoring client requests to ensure scheduled commercial spots air correctly

  • Assists with troubleshooting commercial operation issues and problems

  • Supports assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis after the close of a sale

  • Maintain close communication with commercial operations and sales planners to successfully execute each campaign

  • Update flowcharts when needed if orders are modified

  • Assist the clients/agencies with any questions regarding their campaigns including billing

  • Work with accounting on processing any accounts adjustments or special billing requests from the clients

  • Support the Finance Analyst on the tracking of accounts and revenue to ensure orders run properly

  • Manage and lead projects to improve or launch new processes

  • Must have strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Monthly Account Reconciliation and support for Agencies/Credit & Collections when needed

Basic Qualifications :

  • Can operate within the context of highly defined, routine processes and procedures adhering

  • to organizational deadlines

  • Proven leadership & problem solving skills

  • Has knowledge of Disney’s multimedia properties

  • Enjoys working as part of a team

  • Proven leadership & problem solving skills

  • Has experience and enjoys both working independently and collaboratively with a team

  • Interested in working in a fast paced, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in related industry

Required Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
