The Customer Engagement organization is part of the Walt Disney Parks, Experience and Consumer Product Division (DPECP) and is the Center Of Excellence leading the development and implementation of marketing and sales outbound communications with our consumers across the offline, digital (including display, social, search and streaming) and direct relationship channels (including Email, Direct Mail and text).

The Customer Engagement organization is looking for a Paid Search Activation Manager who will be leading the growth and the maximization of the revenue generated by the direct sale of physical Disney Branded products through our paid search channels.
Develop and implement paid search strategies to attract new and returning guests to generate incremental revenue, while maintaining efficiency. Continuously evaluate performance and optimize.
Manage partnerships including relationship development and ongoing communication with paid search vendors.
Coordinate creation & delivery of required assets (copy, creative) between our internal and external creative teams and paid search partners.
Secure required approvals internally from key stakeholders for executions.
Grow the channel. Develop new partnerships with brand-compatible partners that will contribute materially to our growth, expand our reach to new audiences, and drive new business. Discover, explore, evaluate, and execute compelling new executions with existing partners. Build out campaigns for expanded breadth and depth.
Review performance of campaigns using internal and external reporting and analytics tools. Distill data into actionable insights against which can be executed.
Partner with internal teams to integrate executions into holistic marketing campaigns supporting our seasonal, promotional, and tentpole events.
Work with our Product and Engineering teams to enhance our site & platform as needed to integrate well with or partners (including data feeds, tracking pixels, tagging, etc.). Work with our Security, Privacy, and Legal teams to ensure our implementations comply with Company policies.
Consistently innovate, explore, learn, test, execute and iterate. Develop and maintain a culture and discipline of testing, research, competitive analysis and data-driven decisions to optimize future plans.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the industry. Closely monitor the competitive landscape. Evaluate new technologies, strategies, and tactics, bringing recommendations back to the team to ensure our continued evolution and growth.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of successful experience growing business from paid search channels for high-growth online business
Deep hands-on experience with paid search engines, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, PLAs
Hands-on experience with paid search management platforms (Adobe Media Optimizer, Google/DoubleClick, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.)
Solid understanding of budgeting and managing campaigns within budgets, and managing efficiency as measured by ROAS
Expert level bid management tactics and strategies
Demonstrated passion and experience in data-driven and consumer centric marketing
Strategic thinker and fast learner
Excellent partnership and collaboration skills
Strong project management and organization skills
Great understanding of digital marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to frame up succinct recommendations for leadership
Strong knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data management tools
Preferred Qualifications :
Retail / eCommerce experience
Educational certification from major ad platforms
Experience with working with large data sets and complex analysis
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Experience with MicroStrategy
Ability to balance creativity and innovation with being analytical and financially astute
Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
Ability to understand HTML
Understanding of attribution models
