Responsibilities :

  • Primarily provide group sales presentations to Guests and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members in a consistent and organized manner, utilizing the counselor sales approach and approved Disney Vacation Club (DVC) group sales presentation

  • Deliver the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) message concisely and consistently

  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge on Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Aulani and Disney Cruise Line in order to move prospects and Members toward a buying decision to join DVC or increase their Membership level by booking a post group tour (PGT) or member visit (MVT).

  • Ability to travel and conduct group presentations at Royal Hawaiian Center and other venues but not limited to Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, Ka Makana Ali’I and other off-resort areas. May have to travel to multiple venues during the day.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Valid, active and in good standing Hawaii real estate license

  • Demonstrated strong bilingual skills (English / Japanese speaking)

  • Proven success working in a competitive sales environment

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed minimum performance standards

  • Demonstrated daily ability to be comfortable and flexible working in a multi-site structured environment, and unique sales/marketing channels

  • Demonstrated continuous positive and professional attitude

  • Ability to be flexible and dependable with work schedule including extended hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and willing to participate in some travel

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including effectively handling multiple tasks and priorities

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to memorize presentation scripts in a timely manner

  • Proven ability to perform on-stage in front large or small groups

  • Demonstrated ability to identify short and long-term goals and develop daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly game plans for success in meeting those goals

  • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain relationships with Members

  • Must have reliable transportation to navigate between different presentation venues

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years professional sales experience (Timeshare preferred but not necessary)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Presenting Software such as Keynote, Microsoft Office and associated programs

Required Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
