The Walt Disney Company Cast Activities Coordinator (Seasonal) in Lake Buena Vista, Florida
Provide administrative, event and project support for the Cast Activities, Recognition & Experience team.
On-site event support for Cast programs such as Magic Backstage, Mickey's Retreat Events, Canoe Races, Service Celebration, resource fairs, etc.
Support program-related duties that may include administrative tasks, pre-event prep, inventory, and post-event wrap up.
Basic Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal skills across a variety of audiences
Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner in person and over the phone
Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a high energy, fast paced environment
Passion for supporting the Cast across a variety of programs and outreach activities
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word
Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends
Casual Buyer experience
Required Education :
- High School diploma or equivalent
