Disney Streaming Services is a business unit within The Walt Disney Company’s Direct-to-Consumer and International (DTCI) segment that oversees all consumer-facing digital video subscription services across the company. Disney Streaming is responsible for developing and operating The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer video businesses globally, including the ESPN+ premium sports streaming service, programmed in conjunction with ESPN; the upcoming Disney SVOD service; and BAMTECH Media, a global leader in direct-to-consumer video streaming products and solutions. Its core mission is to deliver global audiences the freedom to access content on their terms across any connected device, time or location.

Growth Marketing at Disney Streaming Services is a cross-functional team with a focus on driving engagement and retention of streaming subscribers. Our team is responsible for deriving insights on what drives retention, the systems to reach subscribers wherever they are and the most effective message to drive product stickiness. The team is results driven, data informed and thoughtful in our approach to growth. The ideal candidate will possess a T-shaped skill set across marketing, product, analytics and design.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive strategic projects across engagement, retention and subscriber winback such as customer research, user segmentation, roadmap prioritization, cross-organization initiatives, or advising on our content acquisition strategy

  • Develop models, dashboards, and presentations to provide strategic and analytical insights to senior stakeholders

  • Research and identify industry trends and key business drivers, translating data into actionable insights

  • Partner with business leads to optimize business performance for new and existing initiatives

Basic Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations for a technology company

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Quantitative and analytical, able to extract business insights from analysis. Financial modeling, or statistical analysis skills

  • Ability to communicate and influence executives, product, marketing and content acquisition teams effectively by presenting data in a compelling way

  • Excellent data analysis, modeling, SQL or equivalent query language

  • MBA a plus
