We are seeking a Digital Ad Sales Technology Intern to learn and help with the day to day support of digital advertising projects! The projects are centered on enabling cross portfolio monetization opportunities for the Walt Disney Company. The intern will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and Technology teams to design and develop unique solutions for ABC, Freeform, Disney Kids, Marvel, ESPN, and Digital Disney Networks.

Responsibilities :

  • Fill out data loaders for software tenant configuration

  • Validate and test data uploads

  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Liaise with both technical & non-technical team members

  • Document workflows and systems in Visio and PowerPoint

  • Maintain repository of discovery documents and samples from stakeholders

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders on digital ad sales initiatives, working with digital order management systems and beyond

  • Partner with Disney’s digital brands

  • Ad Tech/Digital Media experience desirable

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be an undergraduate student senior standing or above (or recent graduate within 6 months of your graduation date). Seeking Business or Technology majors or related field

  • Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or above

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Project and Visio

  • All candidates must be able to have a consistent, reliable part-time work schedule throughout the session

Additional Information :

Intern Eligibility:

  • All candidates must be available from January to May 2019 for a 15 week program

  • All candidates must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship

  • All candidates must be eligible to work in the US

  • All candidates must be at least 18 years old

  • All candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class – OR – be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months – OR – be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program in order to qualify for this internship
