The Walt Disney Company Bilingual Guest Relations International Program (English/Japanese) in Orlando, Florida

The Bilingual Guest Relations International Program (English/Japanese) is a twelve-month program located at Walt Disney World ® Resort, near Orlando, Florida. Guest Relations Cast Members are considered Resort experts; they are the point of contact for all Resort Guests and Cast Members. Handles Guest inquiries, concerns and difficult situations in a compassionate, effective and timely manner and creatively solves Guest challenges within available resources. Displays good communication skills and stays calm and controlled in complex, fast paced and challenging situations. Interacts with Guests and Cast Members both in person and answering phone calls. Uses the Resort intranet, completes ticket and cash transactions using a computer and provides park information while standing/sitting for up to two hours at a time. Works both independently and in a team environment and are required to work in one or more of the following positions: Information Booth/Greeter, Lost and Found, and/or City Hall/Lobby/Guest Relations Window, Wish Lounge and Tour Guide. Working environment can include being exposed to indoor/outdoor environments. Physical demands include frequent walking/standing, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping and occasionally lifting.

Pay rate: Cast Members will earn an hourly pay rate of $14.85 per hour.
