As a sous-chef, you will be joining our Food Division which embodies enrichment through diversity. Our 55 restaurants offer a large choice of dining options (buffet, table service, counter service, etc.) and a wide variety of cuisine (Italian, steakhouse, bistro, fine dining, etc.) Our multi-talented team shares a common goal: providing our guests with Disney service excellence every day.

Responsibilities : Your mission

As sous-chef at Disneyland Paris, you will share your culinary passion with your teams and our guests, and add your creative touch to our menus. You will ensure that the highest quality food is served, in any type of restaurant, even for hundreds of meals. Working in the best possible conditions, you will have everything you need to perform your mission effectively: a budget, a workforce and high quality equipment.

You main duties are:

Ensuring efficient organisation, staffing your teams, respecting their working hours and applying all hygiene norms and procedures

Managing food supplies, choosing the right products (fresh products, quality products, menus)

Always thinking ahead, innovating, driving new menu development

Managing a 10-person team with empathy, motivated by the desire to work together and help them grow, fostering team spirit and performance

Basic Qualifications :

Do you have the right profile?

You have a culinary certificate or diploma (vocational school, culinary school or equivalent) and have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position: you have managed large brigades and are familiar with all HACCP norms

Open-minded, you have the necessary flexibility to adapt to different types of food service

Excellent interpersonal skills enable you to maintain quality relations with other divisions (HR, Maintenance, Finance, etc.)

You are willing to work flexible hours and you have a C1 level in french.
