The Walt Disney Company Time Admin in China

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking for exceptional talent responsible to provide first level of support to research and correct any conflicts or discrepancies generated by time recording and HR systems and attendance items. This role requires strong understanding of multiple SHDR regulations (internal and external) attendance policy, clocking policy and administration processes. In addition, the job responsibilities include reviewing and determining corrective action to a large volume of audits and execute accordingly. Time Administration also provides assistance to Cast Members and Leaders with questions about their pay check, attendance tracking, and various administrative processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively auditing daily records of time and administration items to ensure appropriate compliance of wage and hour, HR policy and SOX, correcting to ensure accurate pay and recording of attendance

  • Provide thorough and excellent service reactively for Cast Members and Leaders contacting Workforce Management directly with errors or assistance needed through correcting errors, coaching on corrective action, or partnering with areas to resolve issues including Scheduling, Payroll and Human Resources

  • High volume of inquiries via calls, visits and emails

  • Assist with regular auditing of Time Records and various pay codes

  • Assist with Actual Labor Hours related analysis and reporting

  • Assist as needed with new functionality testing and system support, as well as Kronos system training sessions

  • Follow up with WFM related frontline separation process (e.g. annual leave balance calculation etc.)

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience

  • Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Exercise authority, discretion, and judgment within established parameters.

  • A team player and be able to work with leaders at different levels

  • Experience and ability in handling confidential and politically sensitive information discretely and appropriately

  • Flexibility in working weekends, evenings, and Holidays as required

  • Ability to form creative solutions to solve difficult, complex problems

  • Fluent in Mandarin and moderate English

  • Demonstrated orientation toward client service

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Self-directed

  • Attention to detail

  • Organized with strong time management skills

  • Flexible in a changing environment
