The Walt Disney Company SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - DISNEY MEDIA DISTRIBUTION in Spain

  • SYSTEMS: Accurate & timely recording of all components of deal information (and amendments) in the system.

  • DIGITAL: Upload product information (ratings, tiers & TVOD categories) in the system for new digital avails requirements.

  • WINDOWING: Update and maintain the windowing file with new product slate (including BO, Age Rating, Releasing Company and key franchise titles Marvel and Lucas)

  • AVAILABILITY LISTS: Regular delivery of availability lists to clients in order to meet contractual commitments, including new products and releases slate. Creation of tailored availability lists meeting clients’ priorities and needs. Identify tailored portfolio for sales opportunities

  • BRANDED SERVICES: Identify product to be included in the schedules with Regional and Disney channel Team.

  • MATERIALS: Liaise with Local/Regional office Spanish & Euro-Portuguese dubbing and mastering requests. Assist client on technical requirements and/or issues. Track material rejections. Coordinate dubbing process of New ABC Series. Design tailored dubbing plans to optimize costs. Monitor AOP dubbing budget with Finance.

  • SALES TO DISNEY CHANNEL: Provide availability lists and process of Disney Channel Orders.

  • LOCAL PRODUCTION: identify new opportunities in both scripted and non-scripted content. Preparation of sales pitch.

  • POP-UP CHANNELS: Coordination of all avails information and sending of materials.

  • Create sales pitch and ad-hoc presentations for clients.

  • Optimise potential product revenue through effective use of play tracking facilities.

  • Monitor output and volume agreements to ensure clients fulfill their annual contractual commitments. Track these commitments for annual budget.

  • Support the AR team with invoice issues. Work closely with Finance ensuring AOP and quarter close alignment.

  • Master file: Update and maintain Disney Media Distribution department portfolio file.

  • Middleman for Regional Legal Affairs to review drafts, assist in all issues regarding contractual terms & conditions, and follow-up of execution of contracts. File back office paperwork, contracts etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in deal administration, legal affairs and A/R control.

Rights Management.

Production, Management & Interpretation of Availability Lists.

Knowledge of Deal Structures.

Detailed Product, new technologies and market knowledge.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

High level of English (written & spoken).

Organized

Ability to work under pressure.
